Thanks to everyone who sent get well wishes my way. I surely appreciated them and I am feeling way much better.
My laundry is done (still needed to be folded; may be tonight), and my house is half way through getting cleared (at least no more luggages in the way).
However, mu hubby is still a bit under the bug. I would really appreciate your prayers for speedy recovery as he has to preach twice this coming Sunday.
On another note I thought I would share with you the highlight of Zach's vacation, which happened at the airport when we came back.
Since my hubby had a fever on the plane, I asked the flight attendant for a blanket and explained to her my hubby's condition (Myastenia Gravis), which could lead to critical conditions. All I wanted was a blanket for the fever, he was ok otherwise, but since they have to cover their basis, she made a drama of the whole thing, called for a medical person on board, alerted the paramedics on land to be ready for him when we landed. Sure enough, there were 2 firefighters waiting for him who were later joined by 2 paramedics. He did have a fever, an elevated BP and rapid pulse, but they said he could go home if he wanted, which is what we did.
End result of it was the boys got 2 stuff toys from the firefighters and a picture with one of the paramedic. Only regret: I should have taken more pictures. . .
