It's time for another weekly wrap up.
We've been busy here. Yesterday was our last week of electives. My French class read out loud John 3:16 in French, and did pretty good. The boys got their certificates.
In school we did not do much this week. We are still trying o finish up FLL. It will definitely take us until the last day before we go off to Martinique to finish it. For Math we are taking it easy as well; moving on with Professor B and doing some practice sheets (which I got from Practical Pages), to add variety.
I have decided to stop spelling until we start back in August. We finished our geography but still have a few stories in our BJU readers to finish.
As for Joho he has been doing some handwriting and reading from I Wonder (CLE 1st grade readers).
The boys have been busy doing science and crafts.
Building a wooden tank
Exploring the solar system with the help of Aha Science
Catching and watching caterpillars
Making a mail man bag:
As for me I have been busy twinkling my blog, as you can see, due to homeschoolblogger's upgrade to wordpress. I have been experimenting with themes and enjoying playing around with the widget (sometime with frustration). hang there with me as I get use to this new platform.
