Here is an easy weekday dish that uses leftover or items found in your fridge you want to finish up. Everyone loved it!
Rice and Chicken Bake
1 Cup of cooked chicken
1-1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 -1 cup sour cream
1 Tbs ketchup or barbecue sauce.
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix all the ingredients together. Add the seasoning to your taste.
Spread in a casserole dish and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Bake @ 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
